• -For a customer who is pregnant

  A customer who is pregnant can NOT rent or wear Kimono because of the safety reasons. We are looking forward to meeting you after a childbirth.
  *We take NO responsibility if a problem occurs by not telling us about your pregnancy. Thank you for your understanding.

• About change or cancel the reservation

  -Cancellation

  You can cancel your reservation from “Canceling a reservation Page” on the confirmation e-mail 24hours before your reservation time.
  If you would like to cancel after that, please call us by 6 p.m. the day before the reservation date.

  -Reservation alterations

  If you would like to change your reservation due to bad weather, please cancel it by 6 p.m. the day before. Then make another reservation on different time or date, please.

  【Changing your reservation by phone】
  Not all the staff can change your reservation.
  Since we sometimes can NOT call you back immediately, we recommend you to change it by yourself.

  *Cancellations made after 6p.m will incur a cancellation fee of 2000 yen.
  *If you would like to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible for other customers.

• -About Reservation time

  Please contact us as soon as possible if you are going to be late for the reservation time.

  >What will happen when you are late

  We take care of customers in the order in which they come on time.
  If you are late for more than 15 minutes, your reservation could be canceled.
  Please make sure to arrive on time.
  *Since we do NOT have a waiting room, please refrain from coming to the store more than 10 minutes before the reservation time.

• -About Make-up and Hair set

  We are afraid you can NOT put your make-up or do your hair by yourself at the store.
  There are no mirrors or hair straighteners for personal use.
  Please make sure you visit us after everything is prepared if you are planning to do it by yourself.

• -Location

  Please make sure to go to the store where you make a reservation.

• -Things to bring

  ＜Recommendation＞

  • *There are changing rooms 1 each for men (1st floor) and women (2nd floor), but we do NOT have private changing rooms.
  • *If you wouldn’t like to change your clothes in front of others, please visit us wearing a base layer or an inner.

• -About your companions

  Since we do NOT have any waiting rooms, your companions can NOT wait at the store. Please ask them to come back again around the time when you get ready.

  For customers with babies

  Babies can NOT go inside of the store because of the safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
